Application Engineer - Physical Design (Back-End)

What you will do

• Provide expert technical support to hirify.global customers before and after the sale.
• Support customers in physical design and digital back-end implementation.
• Address technical challenges across floorplanning, place and route, clock-tree design, and static timing analysis.
• Interact with customers, leading engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Present technical solutions and communicate complex engineering topics clearly.

Requirements

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Electrical Engineering from a leading institute.
• 5+ years of experience in digital physical design and back-end implementation.
• Experience with floorplanning, place and route, clock-tree design, and static timing analysis.
• Experience in the microelectronics or EDA industry.
• High level of English and strong presentation and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with synthesis, formal verification, or design-for-test.
