What you will do

• Construct and coordinate development program plans for assigned projects in accordance with customer and company requirements.
• Provide oversight and maintenance of program progress to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Ensure a straightforward transfer of producible and robust designs to the production phase.
• Interact with customers and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and negotiate project details.
• Evaluate and implement alternatives for hardware or test anomalies using trade studies and engineering analyses.
• Coordinate activities across program support departments and provide technical assistance.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of closed-loop control systems and mechanical/electrical hardware design.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
• Authorized to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with Engineers, Production Staff, and Management.
• Aptitude for creative synthesis and ability to learn advanced design/analysis techniques.
