What you will do

• Lead and develop the Functional Control function within the Surveillance division.
• Drive the digitalisation agenda to enhance efficiency and business insight.
• Facilitate financial planning, including forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
• Act as a strategic business partner to the Surveillance organisation regarding operational costs and assets.
• Improve financial processes, routines, and systems to strengthen transparency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the hirify.global Group.

Requirements

• Relevant academic degree in Finance or related field.
• Strong proficiency in both English and Swedish (written and spoken).
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to lead digital development or automation initiatives in finance.
• Must pass a security vetting process; additional citizenship obligations may apply.
• Experience in business control and operational cost management.
