What you will do
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
- Manage the group consolidation process, maintain internal financial controls, and ensure general ledger accuracy.
- Coordinate financial reporting across subsidiaries and manage statutory reporting and regulatory filings.
- Deliver internal and external audits and collaborate with the tax team for regulatory compliance.
- Lead the analysis and implementation of a new consolidation system to meet accounting and commercial needs.
- Provide guidance to subsidiary finance teams and support growth initiatives or acquisitions.
Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience gained in industry roles post-qualifying with a Big 4 firm or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in financial accounting, group consolidation, and knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or Swedish GAAP.
- Experience managing multinational or multi-entity organizations.
- High proficiency in ERP systems (Netsuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
- Must be based in London or Stockholm for hybrid work.
