What you will do

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in compliance with IFRS/GAAP.
• Manage the group consolidation process, maintain internal financial controls, and ensure general ledger accuracy.
• Coordinate financial reporting across subsidiaries and manage statutory reporting and regulatory filings.
• Deliver internal and external audits and collaborate with the tax team for regulatory compliance.
• Lead the analysis and implementation of a new consolidation system to meet accounting and commercial needs.
• Provide guidance to subsidiary finance teams and support growth initiatives or acquisitions.

Requirements

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience gained in industry roles post-qualifying with a Big 4 firm or equivalent.
• Extensive experience in financial accounting, group consolidation, and knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or Swedish GAAP.
• Experience managing multinational or multi-entity organizations.
• High proficiency in ERP systems (Netsuite preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Must be based in London or Stockholm for hybrid work.

• Experience with Aaro consolidation software.
• Previous experience working within the FinTech industry.
