Salary: $63,000–$70,000 Annually

What you will do

• Act as Design Authority for hirify.global products released for production.
• Provide technical engineering support to the Value Stream and lead continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive production technical documentation.
• Define requirements for special equipment and support configuration control management.
• Execute prototype development through test plan generation and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology.
• At least one year of experience in manufacturing electromechanical devices or a related field.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support product lines.

Nice to have

• Expertise in CAD tools such as NX, SolidWorks, and Teamcenter.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T, DFM principles, and ISO standards.
• Experience with reliability methods including FMEA, tolerance analysis, and root cause analysis.
