What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of production, industrialization, and quality engineers.
• Oversee production preparation, manufacturing methods, and process optimization.
• Ensure high product quality and efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate organizational strategies into clear, actionable targets for the team.
• Foster collaboration between Production, Design, Quality, and Procurement departments.
• Manage KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery capacity, and financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Quality Management.
• Minimum one year of leadership experience in production or manufacturing environments.
• Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience with industrialization, quality engineering, or manufacturing development.
• Ability to pass a security vetting process (citizenship requirements may apply).
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance strategic planning and operational execution.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, EN9100, or AQAP.
• Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
