What you will do

• Lead and develop the High Volume Test & Production team both strategically and operationally.
• Set team goals aligned with the Global Manufacturing agenda and manage the group budget.
• Drive continuous improvement in production processes, systems, and data-driven workflows.
• Coach team members, ensuring effective resource planning and clear prioritization.
• Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal R&D and external EMS partners.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives within the Global Manufacturing leadership team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in complex international organizations.
• Professional proficiency in both Swedish and English.
• Experience in production or manufacturing environments, including work with external partners.
• Solid understanding of production test, quality processes, or related technical disciplines.
• Proven ability to drive change and implement new ways of working.
• Strong team-building skills with a focus on people development.
