• Lead the implementation and monitoring of local HSE regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive HSE training and awareness programs for all staff.
• Identify and mitigate workplace hazards and environmental risks.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response activities on site.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety and environmental performance.

Требования

• Bachelor’s degree or apprenticeship in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in HSE roles, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace environments.
• Strong knowledge of local HSE regulations and standards.
• English: C1+ required
• Swedish: Substantial proficiency required
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and incident investigations.
