What you will do

  • Act as the primary technical bridge between the company and prospective customers.
  • Conduct technical demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements for midmarket segments.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Account Managers to acquire new logos and expand existing accounts.
  • Articulate complex security problems and solutions to diverse audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Maintain expertise in endpoint and network security technologies such as EDR, SIEM, and incident response.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with malware analysis, threat intelligence, or sandbox analysis.
  • Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP and Active Directory.
  • Ability to travel minimally as required for the role.
