What you will do

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue and client retention.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges.
• Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical experts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage contract negotiations and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, preferably in elevator, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE
• English: Fluency (C1) required
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for building rapport with diverse clients.
