TL;DR

Principal Customer Success Manager (Risk Analytics): Driving adoption and value realization of the hirify.global One platform for complex buy-side clients with an accent on risk and portfolio analytics. Focus on building strategic C-level relationships, managing customer success plans, and identifying expansion opportunities to drive ARR growth.

Location: Singapore (Hybrid: 2 days per week in office)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary post-sale relationship manager to drive adoption of hirify.global One and deliver business value.
  • Co-create and execute strategic Customer Success Plans to ensure clients reach their business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell through value engineering and proactive problem-solving.
  • Manage C-level stakeholder relationships and conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Coordinate between internal Sales, Product, and Support teams to align platform capabilities with customer needs.
  • Monitor customer health signals and NPS results to mitigate churn and ensure contract renewals.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Singapore to support the hybrid work model.
  • Proven experience in post-sale Customer Success management for complex buy-side clients.
  • Strong expertise in risk analytics, portfolio analytics, or investment risk solutions.
  • Deep understanding of Investment and Asset Management workflows.
  • Experience using customer usage data and health signals to guide customers toward success outcomes.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
