Location: Remote (Must be based in Singapore)

What you will do

  • Manage the business relationship for assigned client accounts, focusing on protecting and growing the revenue base.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices for identity management, compliance, and access request management.
  • Develop and implement customer success plans outlining business objectives, success metrics, and timelines.
  • Act as the primary liaison for technical inquiries and escalations, coordinating with Support, Engineering, and Product Management.
  • Identify new opportunities for product expansion to maximize client success and revenue growth.
  • Monitor account health and collaborate with internal teams to mitigate renewal risks.

Requirements

  • Strong customer-facing and consulting skills with a highly professional demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and drive customer issues to resolution.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (technical or master's degree is a plus).
  • Must be based in Singapore
