Pre-Sales Director (Fintech): Driving the sales of Securities Finance and Collateral Management (SFCM) solutions across the APAC region with an accent on consultative selling and technical product demonstrations. Focus on bridging the gap between complex capital markets requirements and βs technology suite to support sales executives in winning new business.
Location: Must be based in Singapore (Hybrid role).

What you will do
- Engage with clients and partners to understand business needs and provide expert guidance on solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical explanations, and tailored Proofs of Concept (POCs) for prospects.
- Assist the sales team with RFPs, RFIs, and the creation of high-impact business analysis and presentation materials.
- Collaborate with Product, Strategy, and Marketing teams to align solution offerings with market trends and client requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on front-to-back capital markets solutions and SaaS capabilities.
- Travel to client meetings, trade shows, and industry events across the APAC region.
Requirements
- English: C1 proficiency required for client-facing presentations.
- Extensive experience in the financial services industry, specifically in Securities Finance, Collateral Management, and Repo.
- Proven track record in pre-sales or business development within the financial technology sector.
- Strong technical ability to define, configure, and demonstrate complex software solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrixed organization and manage relationships at a senior level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio).

- Mandarin language capability.
- Experience with cloud-based environments such as AWS or IBM.
