Location: Must be based in Singapore. This is a hybrid role requiring 50% face-to-face time in the Singapore office or onsite with customers.
Salary: 180,000–210,000 SGD annually.

What you will do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from initial outreach to negotiation and closing complex SaaS deals.
- Prospect into target accounts to build and maintain a pipeline of 4X quota.
- Develop strategic account plans for large enterprise segments including Financial Services and Telecommunications.
- Conduct discovery sessions and deliver tailored product demonstrations to executive decision-makers.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Act as a player-coach, mentoring team members while driving individual performance.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions in Digital Marketing or Big Data/Analytics.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in large, complex organizations.
- Fluency in English required; Mandarin preferred for regional stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Must be based in Singapore and available for hybrid office/onsite work 50% of the time.
- Strong executive presence with experience navigating multi-threaded sales cycles.
