What you will do

• Manage and mentor a squad of software engineers and SDETs to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Maintain the technical backlog and prioritize tasks to align with product roadmaps.
• Schedule and oversee software releases while maintaining accurate delivery status reporting.
• Create and implement professional development and growth plans for team members.
• Participate in business case development for new projects and provide strategic technical direction.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes and best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing engineers.
• Strong technical background in Angular, Rails, Postgres, C#, MSSQL, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AI/ML and LLM technologies.
• Proficiency in containerized microservices and Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
