What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operations and bookings for the Amsterdam pool car fleet.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and tyre management with garages and service partners.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, including maintenance logs, insurance, and service history.
• Process traffic fines and manage the company's charge card database.
• Compile fleet mileage reports and monitor electrification and charging infrastructure trends.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in the Amsterdam region.
• Valid driving licence (Category B) is required.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
