What you will do

• Source replacement bikes and parts by coordinating with retailers, distributors, and suppliers.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with bike industry stakeholders across the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and France.
• Manage the end-to-end claim fulfillment process, from initial contact to final delivery.
• Provide proactive communication to customers throughout the replacement process.
• Oversee financial transactions, including quoting and invoicing for replacements.
• Support sustainability initiatives by managing the collection and salvage of damaged equipment.

Requirements

• Fluent in German, Dutch, or French in addition to English.
• Strong passion for cycling with technical knowledge of bike components and brands.
• Proven ability to build and manage professional relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to track multiple ongoing claims.
• Tech-savvy with experience in tools like Google Sheets, Slack, and Notion.
