TL;DR

Intern Supply Chain Operations (Supply Chain): Supporting the Operational Excellence team in optimizing Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and EDI integrations with an accent on process mapping and bottleneck identification. Focus on designing future-state workflows and delivering actionable insights to improve service propositions for high-profile global brands.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands and able to commute to the office in 's-Hertogenbosch.

Compensation: €500 per month (HBO) or €350 per month (MBO).

What you will do

• Map and analyze current O2C and EDI processes to identify operational bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with Operational Excellence, Commercial, and IT teams to drive process improvements.
• Design a future-state O2C process to reduce manual interventions.
• Explore opportunities to enhance service propositions through improved EDI usage.
• Deliver an advisory report and final presentation on improvement initiatives.
• Gain hands-on experience in wholesale operational challenges and customer impact.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor (HBO) program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or Operations Management.
• Legally authorized to work in the Netherlands without the need for a work permit.
• Strong interest in process optimization and supply chain integration.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Adaptable and flexible mindset with strong analytical thinking skills.
