Fleet Service Technician (Logistics)

What you will do

• Perform regular audits of fleet and service providers to ensure quality and policy compliance.
• Analyze service KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Review casing processes, including FOS data accuracy and tread depth validation.
• Enforce fitment policies and tire husbandry standards.
• Support the onboarding and inspection of new PPK fleet vehicles.
• Promote the adoption of internal digital tools such as eJob, FleetHub, SL24, and Work To Do List.

Requirements

• Valid driving license and willingness to travel as part of the role.
• 3–5 years of experience in tire services, commercial vehicle tyre management, or retail operations.
• Strong technical understanding of commercial vehicles and trailers.
• Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Clear communication style and ability to build strong professional relationships.
• Proficiency with digital fleet management tools and systems.
