• Monitor execution and resolve technical or operational issues to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee the installation of TPMS, HALO, and TCU systems while ensuring quality standards.
• Manage service provider compliance with technical, safety, and company standards.
• Maintain accurate installation records and documentation within company systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to align installation plans.

• Fluent in English and Italian (local language).
• Experience managing service providers or field operations.
• Technical knowledge of TPMS, HALO, TCU, or similar systems.
• Understanding of fleet or installation operations.
• Secondary technical education in mechanical, electrical, or automotive fields.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills with a problem-solving mindset.
