Principal Layout Engineer (Analog)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of analog layout engineers focused on physical design.
• Oversee layout of Analog and RF components for MCU, NFC, UWB, and Bluetooth products.
• Provide accurate estimates for area, performance, and project timelines.
• Drive layout innovation and develop automation tools and scripts.
• Collaborate with analog design engineers to ensure seamless integration and performance.
• Perform layout verification (DRC, LVS) and manage physical model delivery.

Requirements

• MSEE/BSEE degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in analog block and system layout.
• Proven track record of leading global engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of transistor-level circuits, device physics, and layout matching.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools like Cadence Virtuoso and Siemens Calibre.
• Experience working across multiple process nodes including CMOS, BCD, FD-SOI, and FinFET.
