What you will do

• Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to the CEO and board members regarding energy markets and macroeconomics.
• Shape corporate positions on critical energy topics and influence the overall strategic direction of the group.
• Lead complex, high-impact projects and manage top-tier external consultants.
• Oversee external intelligence providers to ensure high-quality data for strategic decision-making.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across the E.ON group to enhance strategic insights.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in consultancy or intelligence roles.
• Strong expertise in energy market analysis, macroeconomics, and energy policy.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Must be based in or able to work from Germany.
