Requirements

• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide strategy-aligned decisions without direct delivery ownership.
• Strong understanding of corporate structures and the complexity of global IT operating models.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance competing priorities in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor complex technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Must be based in Berlin or able to work from the local office.
