Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, business analysis, or industry-focused roles.
• Fluent German and English (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of industry processes, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Experience in manufacturing, utilities, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of data ecosystems, analytics, and AI-driven use cases.
• Ability to structure complex problems and translate them into clear solutions.
