What you will do

• Define business value propositions for leading banks and insurance companies.
• Analyze business needs with C-level clients to collaboratively shape their transformation journeys.
• Take end-to-end ownership of complex transformation and co-innovation projects at the intersection of business and IT.
• Lead and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to address client challenges and deliver results.
• Expand the hirify.global product footprint and services within key client accounts.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience delivering large-scale digital innovation projects for banks or insurance companies.
• Expertise in core banking, payments, lending, bank risk management, or insurance finance.
• Proven ability to interact with C-level management and lead motivated teams.
• Strong network in the Financial Services industry and a track record of contributing to sales.
• Business fluency in both English and German.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Commerce, or STEM.
