What you will do

• Drive technical presales activities and provide solution insights to the commercial team.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of TFS services.
• Ensure all Issuing Solutions are delivered in compliance with organizational standards.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for local accounts.
• Conduct regular review meetings with merchant IT managers to ensure continuous improvement.
• Monitor BAU activities to maintain service stability and quality.

Requirements

• University degree in an IT-related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing multinational projects with external stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in customer consulting or technical account management.
• Solid understanding of POS technologies, transactional systems, and EFT payment standards.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Fluent in English.
