What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of approximately 20 professionals focused on analytics and operational realization.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of strategic change, including onboarding new renewable assets and battery storage (BESS) into the VPP landscape.
• Drive the development of advanced analytics, data science capabilities, and performance monitoring frameworks to support real-time trading decisions.
• Act as a central bridge between commercial trading desks, operations, and IT to prioritize and execute technical and business requirements.
• Champion operational excellence by driving standardization, automation, and the phase-out of legacy platforms.
• Ensure operational readiness and quality control for all market-driven and regulatory changes within the trade value chain.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a technical, analytical, or operational field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in operations, energy markets, or technology-driven environments.
• Dutch language proficiency (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proven experience in building and leading analytics capabilities and high-performing teams.
• Strong ability to translate complex data and technical topics into practical, scalable business solutions.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and aligning cross-functional teams in a complex environment.
