What you will do

• Support business teams in quantitative goal definition and progress tracking.
• Evaluate past actions and prioritize future initiatives based on data insights.
• Drive process changes to ensure data is collected in an actionable manner for business teams.
• Build reports, visualizations, and dashboards to monitor overall business performance.
• Improve data pipelines and models to facilitate access to complex data sources from chargers and solar panels.
• Unlock automation capabilities by leveraging data foundations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Degree in a technical field such as engineering, economics, or statistics.
• Full proficiency with SQL and experience with transformation tools like dbt, Dataform, or SQLMesh.
• Experience with BI tools and a solid grasp of basic statistical concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R.
• Must be based in or able to work in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of AI Engineering.
• Previous experience in the Energy, Mobility, or EV industry.
• Experience working closely with Operations or Customer Support teams.
• Experience working in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments.
