What you will do

• Identify business problems by extracting, interpreting, and explaining insights from data
• Develop statistical and analytical methods to solve specific operational challenges
• Translate deep insights from advanced analytics into tangible business impact
• Present results and conduct workshops directly at customer sites
• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams alongside Data Scientists and Data Engineers

Requirements

• WO Master's degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Business Analytics or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and at least one other analytical language such as R or SQL
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Fluency in both English and Dutch (written and oral)
• Must have existing right to work in the Netherlands (no work permit provided)
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques or optimization
• Proficiency in additional languages
