• Rebuild existhirify.global HR dashboards into Power BI to improve visualization and trackhirify.global.
• Drive the implementation and adoption of Power BI across the HR organization.
• Identify and execute opportunities to optimize data reporthirify.global processes.
• Collaborate with HR teams to embed data-informed decision-makhirify.global into daily operations.
• Empower colleagues to work effectively with data and analytics tools.

Requirements

• Must be a 3rd year HBO student in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Management, or a related field.
• Mandatory enrollment at a Dutch university (or EU-university for EU passport holders).
• Strong interest or experience in Power BI and data visualization.
• Analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach to complex data.
• Proactive, organized, and capable of workhirify.global independently within a team.
