What you will do
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct outbound outreach to key decision-makers via phone, email, and social channels.
- Present and sell products through tailored product demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner business objectives.
- Handle and document 100% of qualified inbound leads within the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Must be based in London to work from the office 5 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
- Fluency in English and at least one other language.
- Previous experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
