TL;DR

Location: On-site in London, UK (5 days per week)

Salary: £30,000 base + £10,000 variable

What you will do

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing to achieve growth KPIs.
  • Execute outreach campaigns via phone, email, and social channels to target key decision-makers.
  • Present and sell products through tailored product demonstrations to prospective partners.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align software solutions with partner business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless partner onboarding experience.
  • Handle 100% of qualified inbound leads and document all outcomes in the CRM.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of solid B2B sales experience with a track record of success.
  • Must be based in London and able to work from the office 5 days per week.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Natural curiosity and a strong desire for continuous professional development.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms.
  • Fluency in English and another language.
  • Previous experience within the beauty and wellness industry.
