Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 annual

What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day administration of US employee benefits programs and serve as the internal subject matter expert.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and ACA.
  • Oversee third-party vendors, monitor performance against SLAs, and support RFP and contract negotiations.
  • Analyze benefits data to recommend plan design enhancements and maintain market competitiveness.
  • Develop and execute employee communication strategies to improve the understanding and utilization of benefit programs.
  • Maintain internal controls over plan administration, payroll interfaces, and lead support for internal and external audits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, total rewards, or a related HR function.
  • Broad knowledge of U.S. employee benefits regulations and experience supporting multi-state employee populations.
  • Proficiency with Workday (HRIS) and ADP Globalview (payroll).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
