Location: Hybrid in New York, NY
Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 annual

What you will do
- Manage day-to-day administration of US employee benefits programs and serve as the internal subject matter expert.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, and ACA.
- Oversee third-party vendors, monitor performance against SLAs, and support RFP and contract negotiations.
- Analyze benefits data to recommend plan design enhancements and maintain market competitiveness.
- Develop and execute employee communication strategies to improve the understanding and utilization of benefit programs.
- Maintain internal controls over plan administration, payroll interfaces, and lead support for internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in benefits administration, total rewards, or a related HR function.
- Broad knowledge of U.S. employee benefits regulations and experience supporting multi-state employee populations.
- Proficiency with Workday (HRIS) and ADP Globalview (payroll).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Must be based in New York, NY for a hybrid work arrangement.
