What you will do

• Manage pre-boarding activities to ensure a smooth new-hire experience.
• Act as the primary point of contact for HR enquiries and resolve requests via the ServiceNow portal.
• Maintain accurate employee data for reporting, compliance, and audits.
• Support employee benefits administration and collaborate with Finance on payroll processing.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes, tools, and documentation.
• Monitor personal performance against team SLAs and KPIs.

Requirements

• Previous experience in HR transactional or operational activities.
• Strong Excel skills for data querying and analysis.
• Understanding of local statutory requirements and HR operations.
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for global collaboration.
• Must be able to work in the Mexico City office at least 2 days per week.
