TL;DR

Senior Global Benefits Analyst (HR): Managing global Leave of Absence (LOA) strategy and regional benefits programs with an accent on compliance, policy evolution, and cross-functional advisory. Focus on designing scalable benefits solutions, overseeing Poland-specific programs, and driving data-driven wellness initiatives across a matrixed global organization.

Location: Must be based in Lesser Poland, Poland (Hybrid/Remote).

What you will do

  • Own and evolve the global LOA strategy and governance framework across U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions.
  • Serve as the primary global subject matter expert on statutory and company-sponsored leave programs.
  • Manage day-to-day benefits programs for Poland, ensuring local compliance and employee satisfaction.
  • Lead vendor performance management and conduct market benchmarking for program innovation.
  • Develop benefits data reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to provide advisory on leave compliance and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration or analysis.
  • Deep expertise in U.S. Leave of Absence programs and experience with international benefits.
  • Strong knowledge of global compliance requirements and emerging benefits trends.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • CEBS, PHR, GPHR, or equivalent professional certification.
