Location: Must be based in Lesser Poland, Poland (Hybrid/Remote).

What you will do
- Own and evolve the global LOA strategy and governance framework across U.S., EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Serve as the primary global subject matter expert on statutory and company-sponsored leave programs.
- Manage day-to-day benefits programs for Poland, ensuring local compliance and employee satisfaction.
- Lead vendor performance management and conduct market benchmarking for program innovation.
- Develop benefits data reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and business leaders to provide advisory on leave compliance and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in benefits administration or analysis.
- Deep expertise in U.S. Leave of Absence programs and experience with international benefits.
- Strong knowledge of global compliance requirements and emerging benefits trends.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- CEBS, PHR, GPHR, or equivalent professional certification.
