What you will do

• Contact customers via phone, email, or written communication to follow up on overdue accounts.
• Negotiate and establish payment plans or settlements in line with company policies.
• Investigate and resolve disputes or discrepancies related to outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, payments, and agreements in the database.
• Monitor account statuses and escalate unresolved cases as needed.
• Prepare reports on collection activities, account statuses, and recovery performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines
• 3+ years of experience in debt collection or a similar role.
• Proven experience handling B2C customer collections.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet recovery targets.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Familiarity with Australian debt collection laws and compliance standards.
