Spec Client Service

TL;DR

Spec Client Service (Financial Services): Handle cash management functions including ACAT, wire and ACH transfers, and facilitate client service requests with an accent on account openings, rollovers, and operational efficiency. Focus on explaining complex money movement processes, escalating issues, and ensuring timely processing within SLAs for positive customer experience.

Location: Onsite in City of Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. Must be available to work overnight hours.

What you will do

• Handle cash management including ACAT, wire, and ACH transfers.
• Facilitate third-party calls, provide rollover instructions, and assist with client documents.
• Follow up on outstanding items for account openings and transfers via phone, email, and text.
• Complete service requests within SLAs and explain complex processes professionally.
• Escalate issues urgently and liaise with custodians and providers on operational matters.
• Coordinate procedure updates, handle ad-hoc processes, perform reviews, and assist with reporting.

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in financial services operations with knowledge of investment products.
• FINRA Fingerprinting required.
• Experience with client service in investment advisory like ACAT and IRA distributions.
• Excellent operational, organizational, and follow-up skills for complex work.
• Fluent in English; strong critical thinking and proactive problem-solving.
