What you will do
- Interact with clients via chat, voice, video, and email regarding banking products like payments and cards.
- Process customer requests in internal systems while ensuring compliance with legislation and regulations.
- Manage end-to-end resolution of client inquiries and complaints.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve productivity and turnaround time targets.
- Maintain flexibility to switch between communication channels and processes based on business needs.
- Adhere to company risk and compliance policies in all daily activities.
Requirements
- Must be based in Manila and able to work onsite at One Ayala Tower 2.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with international clients.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and provide technical guidance.
