Focus on driving revenue through retail, gaming, and experience-based activations while maximizing IP value across the franchise ecosystem.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans for new franchises in retail, gaming, and digital sectors to drive revenue.
  • Define brand portfolio strategies and identify new growth opportunities across key demographics and platforms.
  • Create and execute territory-specific franchise marketing activations to increase brand awareness and demand.
  • Coordinate cross-divisional symphony programs (marketing and PR) with other hirify.global business units.
  • Manage location-based activations and oversee the execution of regional events, summits, and trade shows.
  • Collaborate with global and regional franchise management to align local needs with global strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in Brand Marketing & Management, preferably within the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Native Korean speaker with C1+ proficiency in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, analytics, and translating data into actionable business insights.
  • Deep knowledge of the retail business, including marketing tactics and consumer products.
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Must be based in Seoul, South Korea.

  • Experience working in an international environment.
  • Proven ability to pitch partners and strong negotiation skills.
  • Experience with global brands within the Korean local market.
