What you will do
- Define and lead long-range franchise brand strategy, aligning player needs, product direction, and commercial objectives into a sustained global plan.
- Own title go-to-market briefs, translating product capabilities into player-facing messaging and ensuring launches reflect deep understanding of the game and competitive landscape.
- Establish the franchise brand north star (brand identity, messaging frameworks, visual identity systems, and key art direction) and scale it across all player touchpoints.
- Drive audience insights and positioning through segmentation, behavioral insights, research initiatives, and post-launch performance reviews.
- Own the global marketing budget and lead campaign phasing, tentpole moments, messaging hierarchies, content strategy, and lifecycle engagement.
- Lead and develop brand managers, and align senior leadership and cross-functional teams across publishing, studios, and regional organizations.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive leadership in global brand marketing within video games, entertainment, media, or consumer products.
- Proven commercial mindset with experience owning significant global marketing budgets and delivering measurable business results.
- Track record influencing and aligning senior executives and studio leadership in a matrixed, cross-functional organization.
- Strong creative instincts and judgment, with the EQ to align multiple stakeholders.
- Genuine passion for video games and player communities.
