What you will do

• Develop and execute annual marketing strategies for urban retail centers to align with investment and leasing objectives.
• Drive revenue through monetization of digital directories, LED screens, pop-ups, and sponsorship activations.
• Collaborate with national and local tenants to co-create traffic-driving campaigns and product launches.
• Manage the annual marketing budget and strategically deploy funds across paid media and PR.
• Oversee visual merchandising, branding, and signage standards to maintain premium asset presentation.
• Lead digital growth via social media, influencer collaborations, and CRM data capture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of mall or retail marketing experience in urban environments.
• Solid knowledge of retail management and both traditional and digital media channels.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and MS Excel.
• Must be based in Seattle, WA.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
