What you will do

  • Define and execute the China GTM marketing strategy aligned with global distribution priorities and local market dynamics.
  • Lead distribution-first marketing execution to accelerate portfolio breadth and increase partner engagement.
  • Design and manage channel programs, including incentives, promotions, and campaigns tied to KPIs.
  • Develop and scale the Seagate Partner Program to increase loyalty among distributors, SIs, and ecosystem partners.
  • Coordinate GTM activation for new product launches across digital channels, events, and partner networks.
  • Manage marketing budgeting, investment allocation, and performance metrics for the China region.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of B2B marketing experience in technology or channel-driven environments.
  • Proven leadership experience in enterprise marketing and partner ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Deep knowledge of China's market dynamics, distribution models, and partner ecosystems.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience managing investments tied to revenue outcomes.
  • Must be based in Beijing, Shanghai, or Shenzhen.

Nice to have

  • Experience in storage, infrastructure, systems, or enterprise technology markets.
  • Background in translating global portfolio strategies into local execution.
  • Prior experience operating at the Director level with exposure to executive stakeholders.
