TL;DR

Relativity SME (eDiscovery): Providing advanced technical support and workflow management for Relativity software within government litigation projects with an accent on data culling, system testing, and user training. Focus on resolving complex software issues, establishing standardized templates, and acting as a technical advocate for government staff.

Location: Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Role is based in Rockville, MD / Baltimore, MD with remote and hybrid options available.

Salary: $139,436.27 - $189,234.94 per year

What you will do

• Provide advanced-level support and guidance in Relativity to attorneys and investigators.
• Perform specialized data culling, identification, and complex searches for litigation holds.
• Collaborate with technical support groups to resolve software performance issues.
• Test Relativity software releases and establish templates, views, and workflows.
• Maintain proficiency in Relativity analytics tools and software integrations.
• Conduct Relativity demos, training sessions, and create user documentation.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• At least 10 years of litigation support experience, including 4 years of advanced Relativity experience.
• Master’s degree or J.D. (Bachelor’s degree plus 3 additional years of experience may be substituted).
• Relativity RCA certification.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Relativity Master certification.
• Experience using LAW Prediscovery and Conformity Engine.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Current or active security clearance.
