Legal AI Advisor

Location: Illinois, United States; remote or hybrid

Salary: $152,000–$228,000 per year, plus an annual performance bonus and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with lawyers at law firms, corporate legal departments, service providers, and public sector organizations.
• Understand legal workflows, customer pain points, and opportunities for AI-driven transformation.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives on discovery, positioning, solution alignment, and tailored product demonstrations.
• Support onboarding, training, ongoing engagement, and workflow transformation to drive sustained AI adoption and measurable customer value.
• Provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering on legal user needs, usability, and adoption barriers.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into practical guidance for legal professionals and internal teams.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and bar admission required.
• 3+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm or in-house legal team required; litigation experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including hirify.global aiR.
• Ability to work comfortably in cross-functional, fast-moving environments; curiosity about AI and client-facing experience are valuable.
