What you will do

• Coordinate with architects, general contractors, and consultants for the pre-bidding of new installations and modernization jobs.
• Conduct onsite surveys and analyze blueprints to create accurate quoting and bidding packages.
• Develop sales strategies and present bids to customers, emphasizing equipment performance and durability.
• Negotiate the Scope of Work (SOW) in collaboration with operations and legal teams.
• Manage the sales pipeline and track opportunities using Salesforce CRM.
• Create strategic capital plans to address customers' short- and long-term building needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and cross-functional colleagues.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Salesforce CRM.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural blueprints and technical drawings.
