Salary: $78,500 – $88,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and manage the daily activities of the SDR team to achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Develop messaging, playbooks, and enablement materials for persona-based outreach and consistent talk tracks.
  • Monitor reporting and dashboards to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates and lead quality.
  • Oversee the qualification of inbound inquiries and ensure clean handoffs to the Sales team based on fit.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Operations on campaigns and process improvements to increase pipeline.
  • Provide ongoing skills development through call reviews and targeted training to strengthen product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5–8 years of team lead experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Proficiency with sales technology such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ZoomInfo.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from performance data.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Chicago, IL office in a hybrid capacity.
