What you will do

• Manage and enhance the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment to ensure system optimization and scalability.
• Identify and attract potential clients through outbound calls, inbound leads, and partner collaboration.
• Qualify leads and maintain accurate data integrity within the CRM system.
• Coordinate sales appointments and conduct solution demonstrations for prospects.
• Monitor sales pipeline status and collaborate with internal teams to align resources.
• Provide prospect feedback to leadership to drive strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud experience required.
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification required.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification required.
• Proficiency in data augmentation and MS Office suite.
• Strong ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience in Home Health, Home Care, Hospice, or Palliative care sectors.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Certification.
