What you will do

• Direct and supervise remote technical support crews in accordance with organizational policies.
• Coordinate all technical aspects of remote operations, including camera and audio placement, setup, and breakdown.
• Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure peak performance and coordinate repairs with relevant departments.
• Manage manpower requirements and project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Act as a backup field technician and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Generate and post technical reports regarding equipment failures and repairs to the project server.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in electronic troubleshooting, installation, and repair.
• 2+ years of experience specifically within a television production environment.
• Strong understanding of AC/DC and RF electronics and the ability to read schematics.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in various weather conditions (outdoor/indoor).
• Effective oral communication and customer service skills.
