What you will do

• Direct and supervise remote technical support crews in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate technical aspects of remote operations, including camera and audio placement, setup, and breakdown.
• Maintain equipment at peak performance levels and coordinate necessary repairs with maintenance departments.
• Ensure customer satisfaction for all assigned live events and shows.
• Manage manpower requirements and confirm schedules for the Travel Coordinator.
• Generate and post technical reports regarding equipment failures and show requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience with electronic troubleshooting, installation, and repair.
• 2 years of experience specifically in a television production environment.
• Strong understanding of AC/DC and RF electronics.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot technical schematics.
• Ability to travel frequently and work in various weather conditions (inside and outside).
