TL;DR

Specialist, Fair Employment (HR): Auditing, tracking, and reporting on fair employment initiatives and employee relations concerns with an accent on trend analysis and case management. Focus on identifying organizational patterns in discrimination and harassment complaints to improve workplace culture.

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in New York, NY (minimum 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000

What you will do

  • Manage and assign complaints received via helpline and web portals.
  • Monitor and audit internal investigations to ensure proper classification and closure.
  • Analyze investigation, training, and roundtable data to identify key trends.
  • Generate metrics reports for hirify.global and Comcast corporate leadership.
  • Administer employee surveys and interpret qualitative and quantitative feedback.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Employment Law.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Location: Must be based in New York, NY.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based databases.
